This website presents Paper Lynx Studio and its Unity assets. It does not handle sales, payments or user accounts. Links to the Unity Asset Store and other services lead to independent providers.

Contact form

To reply and protect the form from abuse, we process your name, email, topic, message and an HMAC of the IP address. We do this at your request or for our legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) or (f).

Newsletter

We process your email, optional name and language, an HMAC of the IP address, plus confirmation, delivery, bounce and unsubscribe records. Messages start only after double opt-in and rely on your consent. We do not track opens or clicks. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message.

Service providers

OVHcloud hosts the website and Google Workspace handles email. YouTube is contacted only after you start a video. Providers receive only data needed to run their service. We do not sell personal data or share it for behavioral advertising. Transfers outside the EEA use required safeguards.

Cookies and analytics

We use only cookies needed for sessions and form security. Your theme choice is stored locally in the browser. Our analytics keeps aggregate statistics without raw IP addresses, full user agents or cross-site tracking. The server may record IP addresses and user agents in technical security logs. YouTube loads only after a click.

How long we keep data

Contact enquiries are normally removed from the site panel within 90 days after closure; correspondence is kept only when needed to handle the matter or legal claims. Unconfirmed subscriptions are removed within 30 days, delivery records within 90 days, and active subscriptions last until unsubscribe. Aggregate analytics is kept for 395 days. Technical logs are kept only as long as security requires, and deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 days. A minimal suppression record remains as long as needed to honor an opt-out.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the relevant authority. Send requests to the operator’s public email.

Website rules

Website content, the contact form and newsletter are free. You need Internet access, a current browser and a valid email for the newsletter. Unlawful content, spam, malicious code and interference with the website are prohibited.

Contact ends when the enquiry is handled and the newsletter ends when you unsubscribe. Complaints may be sent by email and are normally answered within 14 days. Material changes are published on this page.
